Vegan diet

I interviewed one of my friend Vishnu who is strict about her diet plans

Me: Hi Vishnu. How are you?

Vishnu: I am fine and what about you?

Me: Super. You look to be fit now-a-days. I heard you are following a vegetarian diet.

Vishnu: Yeah, it changed me a lot.

Me: What is your daily routine for breakfast, lunch and dinner?

Vishnu: I drink one glass of hot water after waking up in the morning.For breakfast I eat tiffen like idli,pongal or chapati adding lots of veggies.For lunch I eat some variety rice and for dinner I eat light foods such as roti or chapati.

Me: That’s great. You are a non-vegetarian. How did you turn into a vegan?

Vishnu: Initially, it was very tough. I avoided eating meat for one week and for one month and I managed to get into a vegan diet slowly as guided by my nutritionist.

Me: Good. Are you doing exercise regularly?

Vishnu: Yes. I have been doing exercise regularly. If I skip in the morning I will do exercise in the evening.

Me: What is your review about vegan diet?

Vishnu: It is a very effective diet. Many sports persons were benefited by following this diet. You will have a protein,omega 3 fatty acids,vitamin b12 deficiency as you are avoiding milk and meat products. Instead of this you have to eat almonds,walnuts, broccoli,legumes,cereals,flax seeds.

Vishnu: It’s my pleasure Jayanthi.
